Welcome to Safety Home Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We provide residential electrical services across Oregon, including installations, repairs, upgrades, and safety inspections. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.safetyhomeservices.com), any communication or scheduling platforms we use, and our in-person electrical services (collectively, the “Services”).
By scheduling an appointment, requesting a quote, accessing our website, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional residential electrical services, including but not limited to:
- Electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Panel upgrades and EV charger installations
- Home surge protection and whole-home safety audits
- Generator and backup power solutions
Service availability may vary depending on your location within our service area (75-mile radius from Salem, OR).
2. Quotes and Estimates
All estimates are provided based on available information at the time. Final pricing may vary if unexpected conditions or customer-requested changes occur. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property during the scheduled service window. Missed appointments may incur a rescheduling fee. If hazardous conditions or code violations are discovered, service may be paused until safe working conditions are met.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas
- Disclose any known electrical issues or conditions prior to work
- Follow safety instructions provided by our team
- Provide timely payment upon completion of services
5. Payments and Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing through approved providers. Delinquent payments may result in late fees.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand by our work. Most installations include a limited labor warranty (typically 3 years) and any applicable manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period. Abuse, misuse, or tampering voids warranty coverage.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safety Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits.
While we carry general liability and other forms of insurance appropriate for our work, our liability to you will be limited to the scope of coverage provided by our insurance policies in force at the time of the incident. We are not responsible for damages resulting from customer negligence, pre-existing conditions, or unauthorized modifications to our work.
8. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to $79 to cover dispatch and scheduling costs.
9. Use of Website and Online Tools
Our website and any scheduling or customer portals are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access to these tools. Safety Home Services owns all content on our site, which may not be reused without permission.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (to be published on our website). By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Oregon.
